Phone or sales experience is a plus — but mindset and work ethic matter more. We will train the right person.
• $18/hr base pay + three types of bonuses
• Team average: $22–$35/hr with bonuses
• Top performers: $35–$50/hr
• Automatic performance review after 30 days
