What You’ll Do
Make outbound calls to warm leads (no cold calling)
Set qualified appointments for our outside sales team
Confidently communicate the value of our products and services
Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills and comfort talking with homeowners
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Motivated, goal-driven mindset with a desire to grow
Phone or sales experience is a plus — not required

Compensation & Perks
$18/hr base pay + performance bonuses
Average team earnings: $22–$35/hr
Top performers: $35–$50/hr
Paid training and ongoing coaching
